A 32-year-old man was arrested early this Saturday morning on charges of an offence against privacy after recording with his mobile phone a minor girl who was urinating between cars parked in Vitoria-Gasteiz, according to the Basque Department of Security.
The events took place around 02:00 on a street in the Old Town of Vitoria-Gasteiz, where several young men were holding a man waiting for the Ertzaintza to appear for the recording of a minor with his mobile phone.
The officers have reported that the young woman has reproached the man for the incident and asked him to delete the images, but the man has denied the facts and suggested that the young man be searched, at which point more people have arrived and then agents of the Ertzaintza.
The Ertzainas have ascertained the facts reported and removed the mobile phone from the male, who was arrested on charges of an alleged offence against privacy, and after the proceedings at the police station he has been released pending trial.
