The work of coastal women has been fundamental in fishing and maritime history, but it has not been taken into account; has always been focused on men.
Therefore, to vindicate the importance of the work of these women , an exhibition of the Wave Enbata has been organized at the Bermeo Fishermen's Museum.
They have collected objects that show the daily work of the girl, the workers of the canned nets, and the shipowners, as well as their testimonies.
