The PP believes that support for a possible motion of censure will "evolve"

The PP's national spokesman, Borja Sémper, has stated that the support of members of the government for a possible motion of censure by the "popular" will "evolve" as they "mourn" and "accept" reality following the case of Secretary Santos Cerdán. Meanwhile, the PSOE continues to internalize what happened and Podemos has proposed in Congress to set up a committee of inquiry into the Koldo case, considering the explanations of the President of the Government insufficient.

In an interview with 'RNE', Sémper explained that the Executive's regular partners are undergoing a 'grieving process' and are trying to 'understand and accept the reality' of the case.

For this reason, the People's Party has stressed that it has no doubt that "those who have supported the Government" will not "continue to face up to this corruption case", so its spokesman believes that the rejection of a possible motion of censure "will evolve".

"All partners, to a greater or lesser extent, will change their position because it is unacceptable for any party to defend a government persecuted by corruption cases," Borja Sémper stressed.
