Petronor's works councilhas described as "totally abusive" the minimum services imposed as a result of the indefinite strikethat began last Thursday and will therefore go to court with the aim of defending the right to strike.
Petronor workers started an indefinite strike on Thursday afternoonto report that the transfer of the locker room to another building implies an "extension"of the working day. In this regard, they have denounced the arduous working relationship with the company, as well as the "deterioration" of the refinery's facilities.
The unions that make up the Workers' Committee have reported (UGT, CCOO, TU and ELA) that on Thursday they summoned the management of Petronor and reiterated their readiness to negotiate. In response to the Workers' Committee's refusal, they demanded "strict" compliance with the regulations and the cessation of any activity that is not aimed at the supply of thenational market, which means the immediate cessation of around 80% of the facilities.

"Last night more than 40 people doubled their shift and at the moment there are people who are tripling, who have been working for more than 18 hours in a row becauseof the impossibility of leaving the job due to lack of shifts, which means that it is up to people who are exhausted to take care of the facility, "they have criticized.
