The San Sebastian Municipal Police will have five taser guns from next year, City Council sources confirmed on Wednesday.
The Governing Board has given its approval at its last meeting to buy those electric guns that will begin to be used by 2026.
The Municipal Police will have a total of five such pistols, one for each shift, and five officers are already training to use these devices.
