A man has been arrested in Sarriguren, Egüés Valley (Navarre), on charges of killing his wife with a knife and seriously injuring his mother, the victim's mother-in-law, according to EFE sources of the investigation.
The event took place at 7.30 p.m. in a house on Reino Street in Navarre.
The arrest was carried out by the Egüés Valley Police, but the investigation was taken over by the Foral Police Judicial Police.
The judge in charge of the case has declared the case to be confidential, so no further information on the incident has been provided so far.
