Four people have been killed and more than 20 injured in a Russian attack in Kiev
The Ministry of Defence has explained that they have responded to the "attack by the Kiev regime on the headquarters of the Russian president in the Novgorod region on 29 December."
At least four people have been killed and 24 injured inRussia's drone and missile attack in Kiev, the Ukrainian authorities have reported.
"Four dead and more than 20 wounded, including medical personnel and emergency personnel," the Ukrainian National Police said on Telegram.
Among those killed is a health worker, and five of the 24 wounded are emergency services personnel, and three others were medical personnel working at the scene of the attack.
Until 7:00, Russia has attacked six districts that have damaged multi-storey residential buildings, some houses, a nursery, garages, cars and infrastructure.
"Police and medical teams are still at the scene of the attacks," the note adds.
