In nine days, 150 films will be seen in the Labour town, with special emphasis on Spanish and Portuguese works, as well as Basque productions such as the short film "Idi" and the documentary about the Akelarre plaza group.

In the last Goya, Basque productions have won 45 nominations. However, this success is not just a matter of the last year.

Landako Gunea will host the second edition of the festival on April 18, with Segismundo Toxicómano, Kaos Urbano, Kaos Ethiliko, Josetxu Piperrak, Juantxo Skalari, El Último Ke Zierre, Manifa, Alfredo Piedrafita, Dinamita and Disolventex on stage.

From the 18th of January to the 26th of April, fifteen sessions will be held by the young men of Zalgize, Mendikota, Ozaze, and Iruri.

Jose Mari Goenaga, one of the directors of Maspalomas, has been very pleased to have received 9 nominations at the Goya Awards. He is particularly pleased that Kandido Uranga is nominated for the best actor in the cast.

The X Basque productions released in 2025 will opt for the Goya Awards, which will be presented on 28 February in Barcelona.

The Errenteria Costume Center has organized an exhibition of various costumes that have been used in the latest film by Paul Urkijo. They are replicas of costumes used in the 17th century in the Basque Country and show in a remarkable way the difference between the rich and the humble. They can be seen until March 22.
