The 2026 Navarre Budgets have been approved with the support of the partners and the votes against UPN, PPN and Vox
The 2026 budgets amount to EUR 6,471 million, 4.8% more than last year, and the highest advance accounts in Navarre. In recent weeks, 368 amendments amounting to EUR 19.1 million have been incorporated into the Government's proposal, all from the parties of government partners (PSN, Geroa Bai and Contigo-Zurekin) and EH Bildu.
The Navarre Parliament approved the 2026 budgets on Thursday, and it is the tenth year that the government, without a parliamentary majority, has managed to take the accounts forward. Today the budget law has been passed with the votes in favour of PSN, Geroa Bai and Contigo-Zurekin and the agreed abstention of EH Bildu .

Thus, next year the Navarre Government will have a budget of 6,741.5 million euros, of which 6,318.6 are non-financial expenditure (departments of the Navarre Government, the Navarre Parliament and the Navarre Council) and the remainder, 422.9 million, is financial expenditure (debt repayment and interest payments).
The non-financial expenditure limit has increased by 5.2%, or 332 million compared to the 2025 budget, which then stood at 5,986.6 million euros.
Over the past two weeks, a total of 368 amendments amounting to EUR 19.1 million have been incorporated into the parliamentary committee, all proposed by the parties that make up the government (PSN, Geroa Bai and Contigo-Zurekin) and EH Bildu.
The latter have tabled an amendment in voce in plenary, which has gone through, while UPN has put forward 7 initiatives for projects in different localities, which have been rejected by the majority of parliament.
