Thousands of pro-independence youth gather at the Abadiño Youth Meeting Point
From today until Sunday, round tables and concerts will be the highlights. Ernai's spokesman, Amaiur Egurrola, has said that the meeting point will serve to "reflect on the role of young people in the challenges we face in Euskal Herria" and has called on all participants to have fun.

This Thursday at noon the has begun with the event held in the Txanporta Square ofAbadiño, theGazte Topagunea of this year. Faced with the bad weather, a crowd has gathered in Abadiño and in the next few hours thousands of people are expected to participate in the initiative organized on the eve of theAberri Eguna .
The meeting, which combines party and vindication, will last until Sunday and will feature several workshops, round tables and concerts that will discuss feminism and strategies against the reactionary wave, among others.
During the inaugural ceremony, members of Ernai thanked "the young people who have been working for months, as well as the residents of Abadiño, for their support."
They have said that overthenext four days they will have "room to reflect on the challenges of dugu in Euskal Herria, and to talk about our role in the liberation process as young people."
Ernai's spokesman, Amaiur Egurrola, has stressed that the independenceyouth meeting point must be asafe place and has recalled that there are two protocols in place against male and racist aggression. "We have come to enjoy and if you don't know how to be, you're not welcome," he has proclaimed, and then he has called for fun and fun in the coming days.

The Gazte Topagunea has a long history. The first edition was held in Etxarri-Aranatz in 1994, organized by Jarrai and then held in different places. Ernai has turned 13 this year, and in recent years this organization has organized the meeting of young independentists.
