Since July 2 on indefinite strike were the workers of MOVENTIS-TCC have decided to suspend the strike and continue the mobilizations from September onwards. The public transport of the region has been offered in minimum services during the sanfermines, but from this Tuesday the service will return to normal.
The works council has confirmed in a statement that the decision has been taken in assembly and that since Tuesday the service will return to normal with one-off mobilizations in the summer to resume the stoppages in September, as confirmed by trade union sources.
In a joint communiqué, the Commission has explained that MOVENTIS-TCC workers have decided in assembly to "continue their mobilizations in defence of their rights. The stops will take place from September after the summer."
The Commission appreciates "the high participation of workers in the process, as well as the collective commitment shown at all times" and thanks the citizens "for their support and understanding of previous mobilizations".
He has announced that during the summer months they will take a number of initiatives to "keep the fight alive and make the situation of the service and its staff visible."
