Workers' representatives at the company have pointed out that labour relations with management in recent years have been "deteriorated", noting that "management is increasingly intransigent and insensitive".
The Commission has pointed out that the image that the company is projecting abroad is a long way from reality. In this regard, the Commission has stressed the poor state of the infrastructure: 'The state of the facilities is regrettable, because there is a lack of investment and maintenance work is being done that only seeks to save costs (...) the model puts the benefit before safety'.
