Seven of the factories that make up the Sarralle Group will have a six-month regulatory report in force on Monday, affecting 214 workers. Specifically, the measure will affect seven factories located in Azpeitia.
The group has argued for economic and technology-related reasons for launching the regulatory report, as reported by the GUKA portal.
The company and the workers have not reached an agreement in most factories and after the consultation period, the ERE will be in effect from Monday.
