The Foreign Deputies of Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa have announced a series of fiscal measures to mitigate the impact of the war on the Near Side, including the exceptional postponement of tax debts , exemption from fractional payments by IRPF and speeding up the processing of VAT refunds.
The General Deputies of Álava, Ramiro González, of Bizkaia, Elixabete Etxanobe, and of Gipuzkoa, Eider Mendoza, presented on Wednesday in Donostia-San Sebastián the tax measures agreed by the foreign institutions to alleviate the uncertainty caused by the Iranian conflict in the economy, investment and employment of the three territories.
