The Epidemiology Unit of Bizkaia has confirmed the diagnostic scalpel of three fourth grade ESO students at the Urbi Institute in Basauri, according to sources from the Department of Health of the Basque Government.
The same sources have explained that the appearance of cases of thyme "is not extraordinary, since there are occasional outbreaks".
They have also pointed out that this is not a serious disease, as it is cured with hygienic and antifungal measures because it is a fungus.
Hours earlier, the Bizkaia Epidemiology Unit was considering a possible outbreak.
