The woman has not yet been found to testify before the judge.
The investigation into the violent death of a man in Bilbao on 1 April has taken a different course: in addition to the 30-year-old arrested, the Ertzaintzais investigating a woman who could be involved in the incident and who, according to EITB, has not yet been located to testify before the judge.
The victim's body was found by his family at his home in the capital city of Biscay. The forensic report indicated that he had clear indications of being strangled , compatible with a violent death, so the Ertzaintza opened an investigation.
One of the first suspects, a 30-year-old man, was arrested on Mondayandreleased with precautionary measures after testifying before Judge zen. However, investigators believe that there was at least another person inthe house at the time of the alleged murder , and further arrests are not ruled out in the coming days.
The investigation is still open and the case is under investigation.
