At least four Gazans have been killed by the Israeli Army, in fact, even though a truce is in place
The victims were trying to return to their homes in Gaza City and near Jan Yunis, according to Palestinian sources. The army has argued that these people have gone beyond the yellow line and after "many attempts" to distance themselves, they have been shot.
The Palestinians return to the north.
Although the ceasefire in Gaza is in Inadar, at least four Palestinians have been killed this Tuesday in attacks by the Israeli army on groups of people trying to return to the Shujaia neighbourhood, east of Gaza City (north), and around the town of Jan Yunis (south).
Palestinian medical sources have reported that several drones fired at a group of people inspecting their homes in eastern Gaza, killing three of them, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA. The Palestinian newspaper Filastin reports that the deaths are five, citing local sources.
On the other hand, at least one person has been killed in another drone attack on the town of Al Fajari, east of Jan Yunis (south), but no further details have been provided so far and the Israeli Army has not reported on this incident.
In a message posted on the X social network, the Israeli Army says that early this morning it saw "a group of suspects who have gone beyond the yellow line and were approaching the troops, clearly violating the agreement."
They confirm that after telling him to step aside several times, and seeing that these people were not moving away, "the troops have had no choice but to shoot."
The Israeli Defence Forces (FDI) have issued several warnings to the Gazatis against the possibility of approaching areas partially repelled by the military prior to the entry into force of the ceasefire, which has been in force since Sunday, after which Israeli forces have denounced the attacks.
