YouNonHanDA! The travelling market will open the Durango Fair
The "Travelling Market" of the Durango Fair will be held for the first time before the Durango Cultural Festival from this Monday, November 17, until December 4. Writers will present 22 books in 19 bookstores in the Basque Country.
The initiative was launched in 2020 with the aim of continuing the works presented at the Fair, but this year it has been decided to do so before the start of the Durango Fair, "so that the presentations are even more visible".
The purpose of the initiative is twofold, "to extend the echo of the Durango Fair to the whole of Euskal Herria and to recognize the work of the bookshops throughout the year".
ZuNonHanDA! starts today, November 17, at the Deusto Bookstore with a talk about the book Euri eta ateri Alaine Agirre (Ibon Egaña will accompany Agirre from 18:30). The last presentation will be by Martin Martina and the night by Amancay Gaztañaga, on December 4, at the Adarabar store in Eibar (18:00).
