The Federal Executive Committee of the PSOE has decided to expel José Luis Ábalos from the party, 15 months after the file was opened to the former Secretary of Organization and former Minister of Transport.
He was expelled this morning after the Federal Executive Committee approved it, the Socialist Party reported in a statement.
In February 2024, the PSOE temporarily suspended Ábalos from militancy and opened a case for his expulsion from the party for appointing Koldo García as adviser when he was Minister of Transport for the 'Koldo case'.
