Irati Jimenez (EH Bildu) will chair the commission that will investigate public awards in Navarre
Pedro Gonzalez (UPN) will be Vice-President, while the Secretariat will be Blanca Regulez (Geroa Bai).
Irati Jimenez, a member of parliament from EH Bildu, has been appointed chairman of the committee of inquiry of the Navarre Parliament and will be responsible for examining the awards of the work carried out by the Navarre Government during the last four legislatures.
At the same session, UPN has nominated Pedro González as its candidate and has received the support of the PPN and the Mixed Group (Vox). The committee of inquiry held a constituent meeting this Thursday with the aim of starting work in the coming months.
With regard to the composition of the body, the parliamentary groups of UPN, PSN, EH Bildu and Geroa Bai have two representatives, the PPN, Contigo-Zurekin and the Mixed Group (Vox) have one representative for each group.
UPN has appointed Javier Esparza and Pedro González on the committee; the PSN will be represented by Javier Lecumberri and Ainhoa Unzu; EH Bildu will be represented by Adolfo Araiz and Irati Jiménez; and Geroa Bai, Pablo Azcona and Blanca Regúlez.
Finally, in addition to the Presidency, the Vice-President of Pedro González (UPN) and the Secretariat to be headed by Blanca Regúlez (Geroa Bai) have formed the structure of the committee.
