Bingen Zupiria, Ertzaintza on OPE: "To be an ertzaina you have to learn and maybe some people haven't learned enough."
In an interview with Euskadi Irratia, the Security Adviser of the Basque Government, Bingen Zupiria, has stressed that those who have prepared the examinations of the Ertzaintza OPE have made no mistake. 90% of the police officers have not passed the examination. Zupiria has pointed out that this has happened because many have prepared a model of examination, "not to mention that there may be more models."
