The President of the European Commission believes that they are deliberately using migration as a weapon to destabilise the European Union and create separation, but he has clearly said, "They will not succeed." 

The Spanish secret services have claimed that the Moroccan authorities demonstrated a "very irregular involvement in the prevention and control" of the crisis and have highlighted the "poor" deployment of the security forces that existed when the flow of migrants increased.

The Security Adviser has advocated integration through housing, education, health and work, has also stressed the requirement of obligations for migrants and has refused to link migration to insecurity.

Ceuta's citizens, he explained, are living "the most difficult time in history" since "about 100,000 people" entered the city on 30 and 31 July.

The National Police has begun to evacuate the migrant camp on the El Guano Esplanade, which had been vacated in the previous days on the beaches of Benítez and Trampolín, and which has brought together a large number of immigrants, as well as those who have come from other parts of the city, although in recent days the occupants have been gradually decreasing.

They have demonstrated in Madrid and Pamplona/Iruña to demand that the European Union assume its responsibility in the case and criticise the "racist and colonial violence" suffered by migrants.

Ofthe 3,000 migrants on the beaches of Trampoline and Benítez, dozens have started running and crossed the police fence, but there have been no serious incidents. Ceuta's beaches are home to more than 3,000 adult and minor migrants from the massive entrance to the city on July 30. 

Having ordered the detention of the migrant camp at the port of Ceuta yesterday, it has finally authorized the use of this facility to provide shelter for migrants, which, according to the National High Court, must be determined by the Ministry of the Interior.

The Unified Police Union (SUP) had requested the precautionary suspension of the camp for security reasons. They were preparing a reception area for 16,000 migrants in the port of Ceuta. 

Both were members of an organization that intended to "steal" money from migrants who had just arrived in the city and who were charged 900 euros a month in exchange for sleeping in a garage.

In addition, the President of the European Union has announced a proposal to ban social media for children under 13 years of age and to use it with restrictions up to the age of 15.

Morocco has wondered what interest it has in creating a crisis with Spain and the EU and has stressed that it has fulfilled its commitments to both.

The Basque Government will have around 4,300 places on a temporary basis and plans to exceed 6,000 in the coming days.
