The mayor of Vitoria-Gasteiz has denounced the radicalization of politics at the PSE-EE Youth Congress. He has pointed out that at one end are the PP and Vox, "poisoning the environment." At the other, he has criticized the "brutal intolerance of those who commit vandalism and burn flags."

In leading the process of renewing self-government, the president has promised to do everything in his power and has called on parties and actors to step forward. The General Policy Debate ended at 7 p.m. with replicas from the groups.

The PSE-EE leader has called for measures to improve health, education, and housing, strengthen public services, and move toward a "fairer, more prosperous, and more cohesive Euskadi."

He has also stressed that, in keeping with the PSE-EE's demands on more than one occasion, President Imanol Pradales has also made self-criticism at today's hearing. 

PSE-EE Secretary General Eneko Andueza has warned PNV and EH Bildu that they are in danger of losing patience and has called on both parties to stop fighting and fighting.

He has also sent another warning to jeltzales:  that the signing of an agreement with EH Bildu on language profiles was "very serious" and that such "disloyalty" cannot be repeated. 

EH Bildu advocates a "shared" strategy between the sector and the institutions. The Socialists consider it necessary to create "a front of protection of the Rioja Alavesa against climate change." The PP believes that rural areas are "abandoned" and promises initiatives to change the situation. 

The leader of the Basque socialists, who has participated in the Iron Festival in Abanto, has made statements to the media gathered there, explaining that his party will prioritise social priorities over identity priorities.

PSE-EE Secretary General Eneko Andueza has advanced in Euskadi Irratia that the Socialists will pave the way for the Bizkaia tax reform law to be passed today in order to respect the affinity of government. In any case, Andueza has made it clear that his party's position has not changed.

The PSE-EE leader has said that the meeting with the lehendakari has taken place in a "cordial atmosphere" and has asked him, among other things, to protect and strengthen health and housing. He has also asked the PNV to "self-criticize" the poor results of Basque education contained in the PISA report.

The current deputy mayor of the Bilbao City Council and spokesperson for the PSE-EE has explained that his candidacy stems from "proximity, listening and decision-making."

The PSE-EE General Secretary of Gipuzkoa, José Ignacio Asensio, has said that the event will be a demonstration of his sovereign obsession, accusing both parties of dividing society and of wanting to build a society exclusively for nationalists.

Eneko Andueza equates the reform of the Public Employment Act agreed between PNV and EH Bildu with the national priority advocated by Vox and PP. 

The PNV spokesman in the Basque Parliament, Joseba Díez Antxustegi, wanted to calm the latest controversy with the PSE by limiting the words of socialist leader Eneko Andueza to "the media environment and the election campaign, even though there are still many months to go."

The PSE-EE Secretary General has set himself the goal of continuing to improve results in the municipal and presidential elections of 2027; and has censored the agreement reached between PNV and EH Bildu to amend the Public Employment Act.

EH Bildu, Ezker Anitza, Steilas and LAB have joined in criticizing the court decision, while PP and PSE-EE have called on the university to take action.

The lehendakari took stock of the first half of his term at an institutional event in Ajuria Enea, in which he highlighted the stability that works in the Basque Country as a determining factor in ensuring progress, well-being and self-government in a "highly unstable" global context.

A day after Bizkaia announced a large package of tax deductions aimed at attracting talent and strengthening business roots, the Socialists have expressed their displeasure at both the content and the form. The PSE-EE leader and vice president, Mikel Torres, has claimed that his party knew the measure through the media.

This is an amendment by the PNV and the PSE-EE, after EH Bildu rejected a proposal by EITB for the free transfer of audio content and subtitles in Euskera to international streaming platforms. Contact with international platforms and operators will also be encouraged.
