Abalos and Koldo will testify today at the Supreme Court for allegedly collecting tips in public works
The Supreme Court judge has questioned former Minister José Luis Ábalos and former Transport Adviser Koldo García in the case of alleged irregular public works awards during his time as Minister of Transport. The investigation indicates that bribery, criminal organization and trafficking in influence could constitute offences and could lead to new precautionary measures.

The Constitution has ordered the reopening of a murder case in which Nelson David Moreno is the prime suspect
Moreno, recently convicted of murder, was sentenced in this particular case to two years and three months for continuing fraud; the judge did not see that the man's death was violent and decided to file the charge of murder.
