The Strasbourg Court has dismissed the lawsuit brought against Spain by Arnaldo Otegi, Sonia Jacinto, Rafa Díez, Mira Zabaleta and Arkaitz Rodríguez for the annulment of the sentence imposed on them for belonging to ETA.

Francisco Correa and Pablo Crespo have held the final trial for crimes against the Treasury for concealment of property. Twenty of the 25 defendants have reached an agreement with the Public Prosecutor's Office in exchange for a lesser sentence.

A ruling confirms that "the four additional weeks are a conventional, fully applicable improvement that cannot be eliminated or reduced in accordance with subsequent legislative changes". 

Iurgi Berza's parents have declared that what they are experiencing is an "agony." One of the ertzainas who was to testify by videoconference has not been able to testify for lack of coverage. However, Iurgi Beraza's family has agreed to continue the hearing, but the driver involved in the capture disagreed, and the trial has been postponed until 27 November.

Five years ago, a car infull confinement killed an 11-year-old boy in Aulesti. O since then his parents have been seeking justice, but there has been no trial against the driver on the grounds that it was a simple accident.

Supreme Court Judge Leopoldo Puente has summoned former Minister José Luis Ábalos and his former adviser Koldo García to testify again on 15 and 16 October, respectively.
