Zuia's neighbors have filed a thousand allegations against Solaria's projects
According to the arguments put forward, the photovoltaic parks to be built pose a "serious threat to the natural environment, the social fabric and the local economy."
Zuia Bidean registered on Wednesday the first thousand allegationssigned by the neighbors calling fortheparalysis ofthe solar park projects and the high-voltage line that the company Solaria wants to build in Álava DU 2, 3 and 4.
In the allegation filed they explainthe environmental and regulatory reasons . According to the association, Solaria's are projects that "could destroy the territory of Gorbeia and other territories of Álava".
The allegations report a "serious threat "to the natural environment, the social fabric and the local economy, and argue that the three solar parks will endanger the surrounding agriculture.
With regard to the high-voltage line of more than 100 kilometres long, which would run through 15 municipalities of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, the allegation states that would havea critical impact on health, landscape, cultural and natural heritage and local quality of life.
