The Finance and Finance Adviser of the Basque Government, Noël D'Anjou, has explained that the Government will "unconditionally" initiate budgetary negotiations with the opposition parties. D'Anjou presented to the Finance Committee of the Basque Parliament this morning the Basque Government's 2026 draft budget of EUR 16,378 million, 4.1% more than this year.
