The Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa will launch a working table this Tuesday, June 17, to assessthe damage caused by the floods, together with the mayors of the affected towns .
The Council has reported that the lossescaused by the floods in the Guipuzcoan regions of Tolosa and Goierri "are only material, but in many cases very important".
In fact, representatives of the Council have visited the affected areas this Sunday, namely Eider Mendoza, MP, and Felix Urkiola, MP for Road Infrastructure and Territorial Balance. After the visit, they have announced the reopening of all secondary roads, although they have recommended that be be kept very careful until normality is restored.
In addition, the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa has announced the establishment of a working table with the mayors of these localities to"jointly decide on the necessary measures", which will take place on Tuesday, 17 June.
