Scientia School has concluded an agreement with Pryconsa to sell the building that housed Karmelo College in San Sebastian to "meet the obligations arising from the restructuring process in which the education company is engaged."
Scientia School said in a statement that it bought the school in 2019, but "the number of tuition fees at the school continued to decline because there was too much educational supply compared to the actual number of students in the area."
"This situation led to the closure," he recalls. In this context, Scientia School has stated that "this sale is part of the measures included in the restructuring plan and makes it possible to guarantee the future of the company."
