A man kills his partner in Getafe in a new case of male violence
The events have taken place in Madrid, where neighbours have warned the police that a man was screaming and warned that he was going to kill his wife.
The National Police reported on Tuesday that a man killed his partner at his home in Getafe. The man stabbed the woman, who had previously yelled at her about what she was going to do in a new case of gender-based violence.
The incident occurred at 7:15 a.m., when residents informed the police that a man was shouting that he was going to kill his wife, the National Police said in a statement.
When they arrived at the house, the agents found the man in an aggressive attitude and with a knife in his hand, so they had to tear him apart with an electric immobilizer, where they found a woman with a knife wound at the height of her chest and no sign of life.
The man has self-injured, so he has had to be taken to hospital. Scientific and Homicide Police officers have moved to the scene and taken over the investigation.
