Sexual assault has fallen by 62%, and complaints by 26%, theft has been the most common.
In the middle of the2025 San Fermín festivities, complaints of sexual assault have fallen significantly, to six so far, a 62% decrease from the 16 recorded in 2024, with seven arrests related to these cases.
The Foral Police, the Pamplona Municipal Police, the Civil Guard and the National Police have received a total of 782 complaints during the first four days of the holidays, which is 26 per cent less than in the same period of the previous year, during which time 95 arrests have been made.

During these first four days, SOS Navarra has received an average of 2,248 calls per day , less than the 2,571 recorded in 2024. A total of 8,995 calls have been received through 112, compared to 10,791 last year.
Withregard to specific mobilizations, 248 interventions have been carried out, of which 151 have been carried out by ambulances. These figures are also lower than in the previous year, when 321 mobilizations and 223 ambulance transfers were recorded, a decreaseof 22.7 per cent.
Withregard to confinement, the SOS Navarra coordination centre has mobilized 24 ambulances and 25 transfers in the first four days.
On the other hand, Dominguez, who has offered a provisional health balance, has indicated that from noon on 6 July until midnight 1,734 emergencies have been treated at the University Hospital of Navarre (HUN), 713 at the Doctor San Martin Health Centre and 599 at the Buztintxuri Centre.
The main causes of attention during the holidays have been injuries, ethyl poisoning and assaults, among other causes related to celebrations. In HUN, 117 general emergencies and 6 paediatric emergencies have been recorded, while in extra-hospital emergencies 106 have been recorded.
Finally, it is announced that on 15 July, after the end of the holidays, an overall balance of attentions will be presented, together with comparisons with previous years.
