As is tradition, on July 25 the Vitorian gangs will take to the streets today and start heating engines for the White Virgin parties.
As every year, coinciding with Santiago Day, this Friday marks the emblematic day of the Blouse and theGirl in Vitoria-Gasteiz. This event is the prelude to the festivitiesof the White Virgin, which will begin on the 4th of August.
The Vitoria-Gasteiz gangs will wear a dark blouse, alpargatas, and handkerchief to their necks as the hallmark of this day.
Blouses and girls will parade along the streets of Álava as the city heats up engines for the White Virgin's festivities.
