One arrested and ten investigated for the July 20 riots in Azpeitia
All of them are charged with public disorder and assault against law enforcement officers. The detainee, aged 16, has been released after the relevant police proceedings have been conducted.

An investigationis under way into the incidents in Azpeitia in the early morning of 20 July, and so far a minor under the age of 16 has been arrested and 10 other young people investigated , according to the Basque Government's Department of Security.
All of them are charged with public disorder and attacks on law enforcement officials .
The incidents began after a patrol of the Ertzaintza intervened to identifyayoung man accused of painting a in urban furniture . The situation deteriorated significantly shortly afterwards when a large group of young people went to the local police offices.
Apparently, they were trying to reprimand the officers, and the Ertzaintza approached in order to disperse the crowd gathered and restore order, in which two officers were injured.
The case is being investigated by the Urola-Kosta Ertzaintza Unit, which does not rule out further arrests or charges as investigations continue. The detained minorwas released after police proceedings.
