14 detainees on the first night of Big Week, two of them for gender-based violence and one for touches
The Bilbao Municipal Police have arrested 14 people on the first night of the Big Week holidays, including two cases of gender-based violence and one for touches.
According to municipal sources, the night balance from Saturday to Sunday indicates thathalfof the arrests were in the festive area.
Three of the arrests were for theft and the rest for gender-based violence, domestic violence, touching two women and the last for violating public order.
Outside the festive area, the officers made three arrests for theft, the rest of the cases were for gender-based violence, damage to municipal electric panels, breach of precautionary measures and fraud, the latter for non-payment of a restaurant.
