Back in 2016 in Bilbao.
Bilbaowill host the 3rd stage of the Return to Spaintoday . will depart from San Mamés at 13:30 and Diego Lopez de Harónwill finishat 17 : 30.
The stage has led to traffic restrictions since the day before, as assembly work began on Tuesday in the San Mamés area from 9:00 a.m. onwards, affecting traffic similar to that of Athletic matches.
