The attack took place around 21:00 on 6 February at the premises of a school transport company in Bera, where the father of a minor allegedly physically assaulted the driver , who makes school routes between nearby schools, according to the Civil Guard.
A citizen security patrol went to the company pavilion after receiving a warning from the assailant and found the victim, an adult man with multiple injuries.
According to his testimony, the source of the confrontation was an incident on the school route, where the son of the alleged assailant fell asleep on the bus and did not get off at the usual stop, after which he was found in the place where the vehicle was parked.
The driver received first assistance there and was taken by ambulance to the Lesaka Health Centre, after which, after further medical examination, it was decided that he should be referred to the Irun County Hospital for assessment and follow-up.
