He violated the precautionary measures on March 7, when the arrested man made a gift to a minor, , and tried to get personal information about him, and a few days later he went to a game of the minor and photographed both the minor and his teammates.
Once the necessary measureshad been taken to ascertain these facts, and after the man's whereabouts had been known, the police officers went to his home and arrested him.
