The second woman who accused Errejón has not confirmed herself after suffering a panic attack
The second woman to report alleged sexual assault to Iñigo Errejón, a former spokesman for Sumarr, has not confirmed the complaint filed in court, so the judge will file the investigation initiated a few weeks ago.
The plaintiff's lawyer, Alfredo Arrien, has confirmed that this woman has not come to confirm the complaint because she has suffered a panic attack thinking about the consequences of the trial for her.
Court No. 12 in Madrid, specializing in violence against women, recently admitted this complaint, the second brought against Errejón by actress Elisa Mouliaa for events in October 2021, the first of which was decided in another court.
The second was placed in February for an alleged sexual assault on 16 October 2021, eight days after the events reported by Mouliya, so the former spokesman for the Sumar group has been prosecuted in another court, but this decision has been appealed to the Madrid Provincial High Court.
However, the woman, whose identity has been publicly disclosed, has not confirmed her complaint to the judge for having suffered a panic attack, so the case will be filed.
However, counsel Alfredo Arrien has pointed out that this would be "reversible" because everything remains "open" if he "changed his mind" and if so, the case could be asked to be reopened.
No further details have been provided by legal sources, since, at the request of the plaintiff, he requested to be a protected witness in the case, which was denied by the judge.
Errejón's lawyer, Eva Gimbernat, has stressed that this anonymous complaint has no credibility. "We have never been investigated, only accused, "the lawyer said.
