The Attorney General of the State,Teresa Peramato , says to the Spanish Government, replacing Almudena Lastra, who declared against Alvaro García Ortiz.
Peramato, after holding the Fiscal Council, will propose the appointment of 22 senior officials of the Public Prosecutor's Office to be appointed by the Council of Ministers, as reported on Thursday by the Attorney General's Office.
The Public Prosecutor's Office has reported that "the decision has been taken on the basis of the criteria of merit and ability of applicants, the extensive curriculum and experience and the proposals of their respective action plans".
