The Attorney General of the State,Teresa Peramato , says to the Spanish Government, replacing Almudena Lastra, who declared against Alvaro García Ortiz.
Peramato, after holding the Fiscal Council, will propose the appointment of 22 senior officials of the Public Prosecutor's Office to be appointed by the Council of Ministers, as reported on Thursday by the Attorney General's Office.

Peramato has highlighted the "high technical capacity, professional rigour and proven ability to deal with the responsibilities of complexity and special requirements", as well as the action plan "to transform the Madrid Attorney General's Office into the principles of excellence, cohesion and public service".
