The detainee was taken into custody this morning, and this afternoon the judge ordered him to be sent to Martutene prison.
The 29-year-old man arrested last Tuesday in Irun for his alleged involvement in the murder of a firearm entered Martutene prison today, Friday, as confirmed by the Basque Government's Department of Security.
The man was arrested by the Ertzaintza at 3.30 p.m. on Tuesday on charges of murder. The victim's body was found that same morning near a shack in the Belaskoenea district of Irun with a gunshot wound.
This morning the detainee was brought before the judge, and this afternoon the magistrate issued a decree for his admission to Donostia prison.
