The female worker has been hit by a machine and taken to the Navarra University Hospital Complex in a serious condition.
A 45-year-old woman was seriously injured on Monday night in a work-related accident at a food company in Funes, according to the Navarre Government.
The SOS Navarra Emergency Service (112) received the warning at 8.27 p.m. and mobilized the Peralta firefighters, health personnel, two ambulances and the Foral Police.
The worker has been hit by a machine and taken by ambulance to the Navarra University Hospital Complex with severe trauma prognosis.
Foral Police have opened an investigation to clarify the causes of the accident.
