Government spokeswoman Maria Ubarretxena announced on Thursday that theagreement will formalize the transfer of competences relating to unemployment benefits, non-contributory family social security benefits, maritime rescue, school insurance and the Machinery Certification Centre in Barakaldo (Bizkaia).
