The Public Prosecutor's Office requests a review of the application of Article 100.2 of the Prison Regulations, but the report does not suspend the decision of the Basque Government.

The spokesman for the Basque Government has explained that Iparragirre has received the same treatment as any other prisoner and that no discretionary measures have been taken. He has pointed out that they understand the pain it may have caused to the victims of ETA. However, he has recalled that this measure is aimed at reintegration. Marisol Iparragirre has left the prison in Martutene on a semi-liberty basis this Tuesday.

Article 100.2 of the Prison Regulations has been applied to him, so that he may be released from Martutene prison on working days, even if he must return to sleep.
