The president of the Bizkaia PP, Amaia Martinez, has criticized the "decline" of the historical territory due to the "loss of 3,000 companies in a decade" and believes that the current draft budget deepens the policies that have led to this situation.

The President of the Basque PP has said that most violent robberies are committed by foreign criminals and has advocated the expulsion of those who repeatedly commit crimes, and has said that the people have often called for a change in the law.

The PSE-EE advocates "collective bargaining," while the PP points to the "loss of competitiveness" as a reason to oppose its own rule.

For their part, EH Bildu and Sintre have called for "consistency" because "you cannot negotiate with everyone at the same time" and the PP has proposed "improvements", especially in Health and Safety.

The First Vice-President and Counsellor for Culture and Linguistic Policy, Ibone Bengoetxea, has reported that in 35% of the Basque institutions "the Basque language accreditation index has not been really verified". In response to the PP's complaint about "discrimination against Spanish speakers", Bengoetxea has stated that the fact that the popular are not "at all concerned" with this 35% "reflects" what the party is like.

The PSE-EE argues that health and education are "saturated," and the PP denounces the tax hike.

Javier de Andrés has pointed out that they consider Mikel Mancisidor's choice to be a good one because "he has a very interesting curriculum, an international professional career, even in teaching, and is very closely linked to human and fundamental rights".

PP MP Muriel Larrea has called on the Basque Government to "immediately" clean up the painted on the UPV/EHU campuses,  in his speeches, because they are becoming "suffocating" spaces for "those who do not share the ideas of the left abertzale."
