Imanol Pradales has stressed in a letter published in the newspapers of the Vocento group that it is "unacceptable" to idealize former ETA members and claim 'armed struggle', and has denounced the abstention of the abertzale left in its proposals to pay tribute to the victims.

President Imanol Pradales today closed the 20th anniversary event of the Amorebieta-Etxano Automotive Intelligence Center (AIC), in which he stated that Europe must "protect without delay" its industrial market, its European automotive industry and its competitiveness. He called on Brussels to "take a clear direction" to defend the interests of the sector and invest in  'Made in Europe'.

"In the process of making the dream of setting up a macro-region a reality, many people have rowed for eight years and today they are going to adopt an opinion to keep the project going," Pradales told the media from Brussels.

The President, Imanol Pradales, is in Brussels to defend the role of stateless nations in the European Union and met this Tuesday with the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa, with whom he addressed issues such as the promotion of the official status of the Basque Country or the Atlantic Macroregion.

The President shall participate in the presentation and vote of an opinion promoted by the European Committee of the Regions and shall meet with the Executive Vice-President of the European Commission for Cohesion and Reform, Raffaele Fitto, and the President of the Commission, Kata Tüttere.

Lehendakari Imanol Pradales has called on the Spanish Government to have the same "speed and courage" with the decrees passed to alleviate the housing crisis to implement outstanding transfers. Pradales has also addressed EH Bildu and urged him to "demand compliance with the Statute with the same enthusiasm with which he supports the decisions of the Spanish Government".

  "We need a broader progressive majority, a majority that advances rights, feminism, peace and shared prosperity," he insisted.

President Imanol Pradales has lamented that in housing policy, industrial policy, foreign policy or "any fundamental policy" of the state, "unfortunately, there is no minimum political climate in which we can reflect together and at least agree on a frame of reference."

The PSE-EE leader has called for measures to improve health, education, and housing, strengthen public services, and move toward a "fairer, more prosperous, and more cohesive Euskadi."

The lehendakari, Imanol Pradales, has supported a "country agreement" to address the problem of absenteeism because Euskadi cannot be "at the top of the ranking": "We are throwing stones at the roof of the Gere". He has also advocated moving forward in the Basque Country "without red lines" in the Interprofessional Minimum Wage, for which he has considered it essential that both parties sit at the same table: trade unions and employers.

EH Bildu's parliamentarian, Eraitz Saez de Egilaz, has stressed that several parties are discussing self-government and that the outcome will be seen in the coming months, but has called on lehendakari Imanol Pradales to "lead" self-government.
