Missing Persons

A citizen alerted the Ertzaintza that he had seen a person fall into the water around 7:30 a.m. After receiving the warning, a search began in the vicinity of Pheasant Island. 

The Ertzaintza and emergency services have been searching since Sunday for the 57-year-old man who disappeared in the waters of Ondarroa. 

The Foral Police have requested citizen cooperation to locate the man who disappeared on 15 June.

According to the data released, it's 1.60 meters long, thin in complexion, brown eyes and long black hair.

Lekeitio's neighbor went to take lapas yesterday afternoon and did not return home.

Agents of the mountain section of the Ertzaintza Surveillance and Rescue Unit began this morning the search for the 77-year-old shepherd who has been missing since yesterday and who was supposed to have come down with his flock from a border near the Urbia fields.
