They are allegedly looking for a person who has fallen into the Bidasoa River off the Behobia Bridge, as reported on Wednesday by theBasque Government's Department of Security, who are inspecting the Pheasant Island area.
Around 7.30 a.m., a citizen saw a person fall into the water off Pheasant Island and gave a warning.
After receiving the warning, the Ertzaintza, the fire brigade and the Red Cross have begun the search.
