The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has described as "unacceptable" the accusations made by Israeli Minister Gideon Sar against Pedro Sánchez following the cancellation of the final stage of the cycling race in Madrid.

The Department of Industry, Energy Transition and Sustainability has called for an additional 6,000 MW in its network to meet its industrial and decarbonization objectives.

Jáuregui will meet with the Secretary of State for Energy, Joan Groizard, to discuss investment in electricity networks as part of the proposal to plan the electricity transport network for the period 2025-2030 and its impact on the Basque Country.

For the PP leader, "an irresponsible president who extols violence among his compatriots cannot preside over a democratic government." "These have been acts that should embarrass anyone who cares about our country."

ThePresident of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, has expressed his support for the mobilizationsin favour of Palestineduring the Returnto Spain. The President has stressed that Spain is a "pluralistic people" in its territoriality but able to unite in the defence of just causes and human rights.

With regard to the refugee centre planned by the Spanish Government in Vitoria-Gasteiz, the PSE-EE Secretary General has called on the other parties to avoid "demagoguery" on this issue. In his view, "they seem nervous that the PP and the far-right can make a profit."

The President, Imanol Pradales, has stressed the need to "deepen policy based on dialogue, negotiation and agreements" during his working trip to the Canary Islands. In this regard, he has said that there is an "opportunity to take a leap" in science, in the sustainable blue economy or in migration.

According to the proposal, access to the new consumer transport network will be 14 times greater, up to 27.7 gigawatts (GW), of particular importance to industry (9 GW), green hydrogen (13.1 GW) and data centres (3.8 GW). Applications for more than 150 GW photovoltaic, 60 GW wind and 100 GW storage have been registered.

PSE-EE Secretary General Eneko Andueza has stressed in ETB1's "Egun On" program that "we need to focus on the issues that unite us, not those that separate us." He has said that "the future of self-government must be agreed with the state and subject to the Constitution."

"It seems that the Spanish Inquisition, the expulsion of Jews from Spain and the systematic killing of Jews in the Holocaust are not enough for Sanchez," said the Israeli Prime Minister.

If there were a general election in Spain today, the socialists would get almost 33% of the vote, while the people would get almost 24%.

At the first plenary session of the Congress of Deputies, the leader of the PP and the President of the Spanish Government, Feijóo , called Sanchez's wife a "multicharge", while Sanchezdefended his "clean and functional government". 

The Minister for Foreign Affairs, the European Union and Cooperation of the Spanish Government, José Manuel Albares, announced this measure at a hearing at the end of the Council of Ministers. The nine measures announced yesterday by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, were also adopted today.

The Spanish Council of Ministers has adopted a preliminary draft law extending the ban on smoking to outdoor areas and equating electronic cigarettes with ordinary cigarettes.
