The play "Miss" has been awarded at the Max Awards
The puppet show of the Basque company "Andereño" Anita Maravillas won the award for the best work for children, young people and families at the Max Spanish Performing Arts Awards gala in Mérida, Extremadura last night.
The creator of Anita Maravillas, Mira Larrea, remembers the work of the teachers of Palestine, with a trophy in her hand. In the play, the leading teacher builds a beautiful school in the forest where the students can grow up freely. Unfortunately, the war will begin, and the protagonists will have to leave behind the school that they had dreamed of with enthusiasm; the play proclaims that trying to be free is the first condition.
In addition, at the gala held at the Roman Theatre in Mérida, the Ermuarra producer Jesús Cimarro has won the Max de Honor, and the Irun Ezezagunok Theatre Association has won the Max Amateur Award.
"1936" has won the Max Award for Best Play and, in the field of dance, "No" has won three awards.
