The worker was hit by a weight lifting car and taken to hospital with a hip fracture.
A 50-year-old woman was seriously injured on Monday following a work-related accident in the Navarre town of Azagra, according to the Navarre Government.
The accident occurred at a food company at the industrial estate in that town, where the worker was hit by a weight lifting cart.
SOS Navarra has been notified of the accident at 4.15 p.m. Firefighters from Peralta, a medicalized ambulance, a medicalized helicopter, a conventional ambulance and Foral Police patrols have moved to the site.
Emergency services have taken the woman by helicopter to the Navarra University Hospital in Pamplona, where she has a broken hip and has been admitted to the hospital with severe prognosis.
The Foral Police Affidavit Brigade is handling the incident.
