Unemployment rose by almost 4% in the ACV and fell by 0.53% in Navarre between August and May
The Basque Country has 109 169 registered unemployed and Navarre 28 390. At the state level, unemployment has risen by 0.91 per cent and the number of unemployed has reached 2,426,511, the lowest level in a month of August since 2007.
The number of unemployed in the ACV in August has increased by 3.98% (4178 more people than in July), according to data released this Tuesday by the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy and the Basque Government, so that the Basque Country has 109 169 unemployed registered in public employment offices.
